Program Description

FocusLotus is an ADHD coaching companion platform that helps clients manage tasks, build habits, and track progress. The SMS program sends automated reminders and encouragement to support clients between coaching sessions.

Message Types

• Task start reminders (when a scheduled task is about to begin)
• End-of-day nudges for incomplete tasks
• Daily task due reminders
• Daily encouragement and motivation messages
• Daily check-in messages (accountability support)
• Weekly check-in reminders
• Routine and habit reminders
• Appointment and session reminders

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the client's activity and preferences. Clients may receive up to 3-5 messages per day, depending on the number of scheduled tasks, routines, and enabled reminder types. Clients can customize frequency and timing in their account settings.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message from FocusLotus. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation text. You can also disable SMS notifications in your FocusLotus profile settings at any time.

Consent Capture

Consent is captured through a two-step opt-in flow: (1) the user enters their mobile phone number, and (2) the user checks the "Yes, send me text messages" checkbox, which displays the full consent language inline. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively checked by the user. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Data Sharing

FocusLotus does not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is processed only by our messaging service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering SMS messages on FocusLotus's behalf.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and other major wireless carriers.
